Founder and CEO of Levelbest Communications, John brings 25
years of communication and media talent to the table. His
range of experience runs from Programming a Major Market Adult
Contemporary Radio Station (while also serving as Mid-day Air
Talent), to General Manager of Web Development for Erol's
Internet / RCN (one of the
top Internet Service Providers in the country), to
Information Technology Manager for one of the most respected
Professional Organizations in the world, IEEE (Institute
of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). John's specialties
include interface design, graphic layout, multimedia
production, server installation / networking and maintenance and
Active Server Pages. He excels in developing and formulating
effective Internet marketing solutions that work in tandem
with print and media advertising.
Mike
Tickle
Chief
Systems Architect
Web Applications Developer
Co-founder and Chief Systems Architect Mike Tickle has been
a professional web developer since 1995. He got his start in
the business in the U.S. Army, where he an early advocate of
using the web to project the Army message to a growing
online audience. He was the author of the U.S. Army Band's
website, which was the first military music unit to have a
web presence. Since then, Mike has developed data-driven
websites for Quintiles Transnational, the State of North
Carolina, GlaxoSmithKline and several small businesses in
the Mid-Atlantic area. Mike believes that the use of the web
goes beyond advertising. He feels that the web is a vital
business tool for businesses of all sizes to collect, store,
share and analyze information anywhere and anytime. His
personal motto is "If it ain't broke, fix it anyway, because
you can always make it better." Mike brings expertise in
Active Server Pages, JavaScript, Perl, DHTML and database
skills to the Levelbest team.
Gary
O’Brien
Web Editorial Director
Web Designer
Since 1996, Gary has been developing, writing and editing
content for both traditional print publications and the Web.
In that time he has written film reviews for Multimedia
Publications and Unimax Marketing, developed and managed print
and Web content for the Health and Human Performance division
of McGraw-Hill and created and managed the Entertainment
channel for StreamSearch.com. Currently Gary is leading the
Editorial development of eMaritz, the premiere online provider
of employee recognition and retention solutions. Gary’s love
of technology may lead him in many exciting directions, but
his love of writing and editing always bring him back to the
creation and management of dynamic, original content.
